About the Job
CMH (Consultorio Médico Hispano) is a bilingual primary care clinic in Chamblee serving the metro Atlanta Hispanic community seven days a week. We’re adding a USCIS-designated Civil Surgeon on a PRN basis to perform immigration medical exams (Form I-693) for our growing patient base.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform immigration medical exams per CDC Technical Instructions and USCIS requirements.
- Review vaccination records, order and interpret required labs and screenings.
- Complete and sign Form I-693 accurately and on time.
- Work with our front desk and MA team, who handle scheduling, intake, and paperwork prep.
Requirements:
- MD or DO with an active, unrestricted Georgia medical license.
- Current USCIS Civil Surgeon designation, or eligible and willing to apply (4+ years of professional experience required by USCIS).
- Familiarity with CDC Technical Instructions for civil surgeons.
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred.
